LIFE SAFETY INSPECTIONS

We perform inspections for all brands of fire alarms including Notifier, FireLite, Silent Knight, Gamewell-FCI, Honeywell, Potter, Simplex-Grinnell, Siemens, and Edwards/EST.

Our team of technicians is trained to inspect and service all types of alarm systems, whether they are in enormous industrial facilities or smaller office buildings.

NFPA Inspection reports are prepared onsite during the inspection and sent electronically shortly after inspection is completed. Many Fire Marshals across Georgia have adopted The Compliance Engine to electronically manage inspection reports. Building Owners are responsible for ensuring they are in compliance (minimum once per year inspection).

Not only staying in compliance with your Fire Marshal, many insurance companies require proof of inspections. Last thing you want is to experience a loss to find out insurance denied the claim due to not performing annual inspections.

Ask yourself have you had a proper inspection done? Has your past inspection been a proper full inspection? Or did they manage to inspect over 100 devices in an hour and give you a clean bill of health? Dont do yourself a dis-service by getting a partial inspection. Inspections requires each device to be checked to be in working condition.

We check with proper equipment Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Pull Stations, Duct Detectors, Sprinkler Tamper, Sprinkler Waterflow (time to activate), HVAC shutdown relays, Elevator recall, etc. If your current inspections are not properly checking all devices, you are unfortunately still not in compliance with your Fire Marshal or Insurance.
