Legacy Building Systems was formed in 1999 by Mike Monroe.  With over 40 years experience in the industry, Legacy’s team are confident that they can provide their customers with fast and reliable service on anything dealing with Fire Alarms, Access Controls, and Surveillance Systems.  We pride ourselves with getting the work done right the first time.

DIXIT SUTHARManaging Member
Took over management duties in October 2020 and comes from an extensive background of software management, troubleshooting, networking background, access control design and implementation along with commercial surveillance system design and implementations.
DOUG BOYLESTechnician
Been with Legacy since the beginning and has a wealth of expertise in the Fire Alarm world from design to implementation to troubleshooting issues that most folks cant get a grasp on. Holds an unlimited Low Voltage license.
GARY PIERCETechnician
Been with Legacy since 2016 and comes from the Software/Networking world. Gary has helped bring a wealth of knowledge to Legacy with his experience in those fields. He also leads our estimations and design for projects and is very detail oriented from inspections to design to proposals.
