One of the most critical components of your security or fire alarm system is the central station which provides notification to the appropriate authorities in the event of alarm activation. We own and operate our own central monitoring station, providing you with the highest level of customized dispatching. Should you have a specific need, our dispatchers will take the time to work with you in a professional and caring manner. Our central station is UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Listed meeting the highest standards of the industry.

Furthermore, our local presence allows us to better serve you as our dispatchers are familiar with the area. We are on duty around the clock helping to keep our customers’ families and business safe.

RADIO/CELLULAR AND IP COMMUNICATIONS

Wireless Communications allow connectivity for transmissions from locations where landline service has been dropped in favor of Cellular or VoIP phone service, and where no landlines are available. They provide greater security, diverse application and reliability, and they seamlessly integrate with the more advanced technologies we support in Fire Alarm and Intrusion Detection Systems. Legacy Building Systems supports Internet/IP, Cellular networks (LTE), and regular Phone Lines.

SMS/PHONE APP NOTIFICATIONS

Notifications you instantly of an alarm via text message with important information needed to make critical decisions in real time, with the ability to take action quickly. Ability to set system to No Action/Test Mode without needing to make a call to the Central Station.

CUSTOMIZED REPORTING

If you have multiple accounts, not to worry.  We can group all your accounts together and assist you in managing them easily by customizing the notifications (non-emergency) on when they are sent and to what list of contacts.
